Unchanged name in 1+ year: Hasn`t changed name in the last year or since registration.
Unchanged phone in 1+ year: Hasn`t changed phone number in the last year or since registration.
Unchanged city in 1+ year: Hasn`t changed city in the last year or since registration.
Has massage diploma: Verified massage diploma by presenting an ID and the certificate.
No proven complaints in the last 2 months: Only complaints that have been "investigated and found to be proven" count. A negative review does not count.
